Legal Fees- At Wash & Thomas Attorneys, our legal fees are reasonable and are discussed with you prior to entering into a written agreement to represent you. In an appropriate case, we will consider representation based on a contingent fee, which means that there will be no legal fee received by us unless we are able to recover money for you and then we will receive a prior agreed upon percentage of the recovery. This type fee agreement allows many people to secure representation who otherwise would not be able to afford an attorney.
